BADLAND 2 – was $3.99/£3.99, now $0.99/£0.99
The sequel to Apple’s Game of the Year has just dropped to its lowest price ever. If you’ve yet to play the BADLAND series, now’s your chance.
It’s a frankly gorgeous action-puzzle-platformer with a simple control scheme, in which you’ll fly an amorphous black blob through countless perils. Along the way you’ll split into clones, and the goal is to safely transport as many clones as possible to the end of each stage. It sounds complicated on paper, but it’s easy to learn and a joy to play – though the latter stages get pretty tough.
If you’re not convinced it’s worth a measly buck, why not read our full review that thought it was worthwhile even at full price:
“Long story short, this is a game worth picking up whether or not you played the first one. This level of polish is rare on the App Store – it’s one of the best looking mobile games out there – and we think it’s well worth the asking price. BADLAND 2 is a gem.”
Note: prices are correct at the time of publishing, but the developers may increase the price at any time – so if you’re interested, act fast!
