Gamevice controller announced for the iPad mini

If you’re an iPad mini user that likes to play games, you may have noticed that controller accessories are somewhat lacking. However, now that Wikipad has just announced the Gamevice for iPad Mini, you may find that this problem’s been solved.

According to the announcement, the accessory comes in two parts that slide on to either end of your device. In between is an elastic connector keeping them attached, which should make it portable while ensuring you don’t lose either end.

With thousands of games already supporting external controllers, the Gamevice will likely turn your iPad mini into a portable gaming machine straight away. Having sections to hold on to either side should also make it easy to hold and comfortable to use – in fact, the Gamvice is very much like a less cumbersome Wii U tablet.
