Apple Watch bands: new straps released for Spring

Apple has announced the imminent release of a new batch of Apple Watch bands for the forthcoming spring season.

As you might expect, a good portion of these new straps fall on the lighter, fresher, and more playful end of the Apple Watch accessory scale. There are also some more sober options, however, for those after a more professional look.

Perhaps the most eye-catching additions are the new Woven Nylon bands with alternating white and colored stripes running along the entire length of the strap, which will cost $49/£49.

Elsewhere, Apple has continued its close association with Nike in the form of new Nike Sport Band colors, which will also sell for $49/£49. Accessorizing fitness fanatics should be happy, because these new Nike Sport Bands and Sport Loops match the colors of the latest Nike running shoes.

Another result of Apple’s latest spring clean comes in the form of new options for the premium Apple Watch Hermès range. Apple has added fresh Single Tour Rallye ($439/£439) and Double Tour ($489/£489) band colors to its fashion-focused roster. Both new variants now display contrasting paint details: Indigo with rouge and Blanc with rouge.

These new spring Apple Watch bands will be available to order from apple.com in 38 territories (including the US and UK) later this month. New Apple Watch models sporting these bands, as well as those fancy Hermès straps, will be also be available to order in limited territories at this time.
