One Dollar Games – App Store greats on sale for just $1

It’s almost Christmas, which means the App Store is currently closed to submissions. But although we won’t see any shiny new apps until the new year, now is one of the best times of year to find amazing bargains – especially games. It’s tradition for game publishers (especially Devolver and Noodlecake) to put their stuff on sale over the festive period, and we’ve found a lot this year that’s worth a download.

So many, in fact, that instead of writing about a small handful of discounts like usual, we’ll simply post a huge list of all the iPhone and iPad games we’ve found that are currently down to just a single dollar – and that we can vouch for as genuinely great. No duds here. (Prices vary slightly around the world, but UK readers should find all these downloads clock in under a pound.)
