Latest issue of Swipe: Working From Home

We’ve just published the latest issue of our sister app, Swipe Magazine. It’s full of the same kind of tips and features you’ll find here, packaged neatly into fortnightly issues. There are dozens of back issues available and you can trial it completely free if you want a new way to get to know your iPhone!

Editor’s Notes

Though quarantines and restrictions have mostly been lifted around the world, the effects of COVID-19 can still be felt by the workforce. Apple’s upcoming developer conference remains an online affair, while many people are still working from home rather than returning to the office full-time.

Staying productive at home without upsetting your work/life balance isn’t easy, but the tips in our WFH Toolkit feature can help. Give it a read not just for some great apps to boost your home working, but some general advice and gadget recommendations too.

Our other big feature this issue looks at streaming and browser games – that is to say, things you can play via Safari rather than a dedicated app. With some very big names (ahem, Microsoft, ahem, Epic Games) circumventing the official app route, there’s plenty of quality stuff to dig into here that you won’t find on the App Store.

We’re also revisiting our timey-wimey roundup that lists the best clock, sleep, and timer apps for your iPhone. Plus we have a handful of reviews and tutorials to dig your teeth into, and all the latest news from the past fortnight.

Happy reading!
