Hi! Thanks for reading. This post looks better in our award-winning app, Tips & Tricks for iPhone.
Time to update Tips & Tricks
If you’ve not updated our app recently, now’s the time to do it. Last week we released one of our biggest updates ever and we don’t want you to miss out!
Not only have we revised the entire Tips section to bring it in line with iOS 12, but we’ve also added a bunch of new tips to cover all the latest features. Check out New in iOS 12 to see what’s fresh this year.
We’ve also improved our user interface so the app looks its best on the new iPhones (and last year’s iPhone X), and squashed some pesky bugs to improve performance on all devices.
Lastly, we’ve brought our exclusive Premium content to the iPad version of Tips & Tricks. It’s an optional subscription for anyone looking to get even more from their devices – but don’t worry, the Tips and News sections aren’t going anywhere.
How to update
To update, open the App Store and tap the Updates tab. You can either hit Update All or manually press the Update button next to our app name in the pending updates list. If you already have version 12.0 of Tips & Tricks, it will appear under the Updated Recently section.
Pro tip: if you’d prefer all your apps to stay up-to-date automatically in the future, it’s worth enabling Automatic Downloads. Open the Settings app and press iTunes & App Store. Then make sure Updates is turned on.
When you’re done, take a look over in the Tips section of the app and you’ll find some fun new stuff to look through. To make the most of the app you’ll also want to make sure you’ve updated your device software to iOS 12. You can do that from the Settings app under General > Software Update. It’s quick, free, and will ensure you have all the latest features and security enhancements.
As ever, thanks for reading Tips & Tricks!
