Lots to discuss in this latest issue of Swipe Magazine!
Two of the apps we’re focusing on this week are designed to let your creative forces flow. Head to the Reviews section for more on long-time-fave Sketchbook as well as new-on-the-block Graintouch, two very different illustration apps for iPhone and iPad. Choose your favorite – or both – and start painting. You could even use these apps to draw up invites for a big event, leading us neatly onto another big feature this issue: an in-depth toolkit showcasing how your iPhone can help with all aspects of party planning.
This past week also saw the release of the iOS 26 public beta, meaning anyone can try the new features out before their full launch this Fall. I thought this was the perfect time to revisit all the new stuff added to iOS 18 last year, so we’ll be exploring some of the most notable features over in the How-To section.
Oh, and I nearly forgot – we’ve also completely updated our guide to the ever-growing range of AI apps for iPhone. Since we originally wrote the guide a few years ago, a lot has changed. Whether you’re an AI fan or not, I think it’s worth being aware of what’s currently out there.
See you next issue!
