If you want to remove individual calls from your call history, then you can. Open the FaceTime app and select either Video or Audio at the top.
Swipe across a call entry from right to left to reveal a Delete button, tap this and the call will be removed.
To remove more than one, tap the Edit option and then tap the clear circles next to each entry. Once you’ve selected the calls you want to remove, tap Delete at the bottom.
