Want to overhaul your music collection to free up space? Delete songs directly within the Music app.
You may be used to swiping to delete individual tracks, but the redesigned Music app operates a little differently from before.
When viewing the main list in the My Music tab, tap the ellipses icon (three horizontal dots) to the right of a song, album or artist to bring up a menu of options. Tap Delete to bring up a confirmation screen, which will allow you to confirm or cancel your choice.
You can also delete individual songs using the same method from the Now Playing screen.
