About Swipe
Swipe: iPhone Owner Magazine is a fortnightly digital publication covering all things iPhone, from the same people that make the Tips & Tricks apps.
We’re small UK-based team that’s been helping people get more from their Apple devices for over a decade. Our apps have more than 10 million downloads and several App Store awards, and our writing team has contributed to WIRED, TechRadar, and many more. Our goal is simple – teach you genuinely useful iPhone and iPad tricks, whether you’re looking to be more productive or just impress your friends.
We cover iPhone and iPad tips at every level – from the absolute basics to hidden features you’d never stumble across on your own. We also review and recommend the latest apps and games, and publish longer reads including features, opinions, buyer’s guides, and think-pieces, alongside the latest news from the world of Apple. We’re not affiliated with Apple and we don’t publish sponsored content, so every recommendation is genuine.
Reading Swipe
Swipe is a free download, and you can read everything published to the News section completely free, forever.
To read full issues you’ll need to subscribe. Subscribers get two new issues each month, plus access to hundreds more issues in the Swipe archives. There are no ads for paying members.
Legacy members
If you’re a long-time Swipe reader, you might notice the app looks a little different these days. But the content is exactly the same as it ever was, and your existing subscription is still valid. You might need to press Restore Purchases from the Settings section if the issues appear locked.
Cancelation and refunds
You can cancel at any time via the App Store. Go to Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions on your iPhone or iPad, find Swipe, and tap Cancel Subscription. You’ll retain access until the end of your current billing period.
All purchases are processed by Apple, so refund requests need to go through them directly. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, find the relevant purchase, and submit a refund request. Apple typically responds within a few days.
