Time-lapse videos can also be created within the Camera app. Swipe across the display until Time-Lapse is selected. Ensure the iPhone is resting on a flat surface and then press the record button.
Leave the iPhone alone until you’ve captured enough footage and then press the button to stop recording.
You can then check out the created video in the Photos app.
