Apple’s started selling refurbished 12.9-inch iPad Pros online for first time

Apple has a pretty large storefront for refurbished products online, including iPhones, MacBooks, and of course, iPads. However, the less than one-year-old 12.9-inch iPad Pro has only been available brand new from Apple, until now.

The super-sized device has just gone up on Apple’s online store at a discounted rate. Users wishing to get their hands on a refurb model direct from its manufacturer can now save themselves around 15 percent on the full retail price.

For example, the cheapest model – a 32GB Wi-Fi only model costs $679, a 15 percent saving of $120.

At the other end of the spectrum, a 128GB model with Wi-Fi and cellular capabilities costs $919, which is a 14 percent saving of $160 on the original retail price.

Currently, refurb iPad Pros only appear to be available in the US and Canada in the 12.9-inch model, but keep an eye on the refurb section of Apple.com in your region and it’s likely refurb Pros will begin to appear over the coming weeks and months.

In the meantime, if you’re US-based, you can check out the iPad Pro 12.9-inch refurb list now.
